Full Job Description
**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. Our Product Yield & Analytics (PYA) team builds the systems that help Micron understand failures at the wafer level and improve product performance across DRAM and NAND. We work closely with partners across fabs and engineering teams to turn raw data into meaningful insights that help drive better yield and reliability. In this role, you will own ESDA setup and optimization for new products, guide how data flows across sites, and support the engineers who rely on ESDA every day. You’ll have a direct impact on how quickly we identify defects, improve processes, and keep information aligned across multiple groups and locations. **Responsibilities:** * Set up ESDA for new products and ensure data availability for DRAM and NAND probes * Maintain and enhance ESDA systems, troubleshoot issues, and partner with responsible teams * Build tools and workflows that improve ESDA analysis and enable defect matching for YE and RDA * Drive cross‑fab alignment on ESDA data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting * Facilitate collaboration across engineering, test, yield, RDA, and IT teams **Minimum Qualifications:** * 3+ years engineering experience in Product Engineering, Product Test, Product Design, or Yield Enhancement * Proficiency in at least one programming language, with preference for Python * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across teams and sites * Comfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience developing engineering analysis tools * Familiarity with defect analysis systems or tester fail categorization * Prior work aligning process
