What You'll Do.
Design and Develop Training Programs
Spearhead induction training for new hires
Conduct ongoing product training sessions
Develop and lead specialized product training
Take charge of all cycle meetings
Drive development of oral care training programs
Collaborate to create training content
Conduct training needs analysis
Maintain and update training materials
Understand and adhere to promotion approval process
