What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Demonstrated ability to develop others through teaching, coaching, or influencing, Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments, Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Field Training, or similar, Experience supporting customer-facing or field-based teams, Facilitation and presentation skills (live and virtual), Familiarity with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, or AI-enabled solutions, Project management and organizational skills, Experience linking training initiatives to measurable business outcomes
