What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in product testing, quality engineering, or an R&D lab environment, Hands-on experience operating and maintaining lab testing equipment, familiarity with test standards relevant to consumer products, Proficiency in writing test plans, protocols, and technical reports, Knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) methods, Knowledge of quality control tools, track record of working in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments, ownership mindset to create structure and processes where none exist yet, communication skills
Nice to Have
experience with Python and machine learning frameworks, Knowledge of X, Proficient in X, Familiar with X, X experience required

Your Role:You will be the founding force behind our brand-new testing lab at our Kaunas manufacturing facility - building it from the ground up and establishing the standards, processes, and frameworks that ensure every BURGA product that reaches our customers is nothing short of exceptional. From prototype to production, your work will directly shape the quality and integrity of everything we make. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead the setup, calibration, and commissioning of our new testing lab, including equipment selection, layout planning, and SOP development. Design and execute comprehensive test plans for new and existing products, covering durability, drop resistance, material integrity, print and finish quality, and fit & function.
