Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, product engineering, or test engineering within electronics, semiconductors, or related industries, Knowing in test development and validation, Understanding of manufacturing processes, yield analysis, and quality control methodologies, Background in new product introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle management, Be able on data analysis tools such as EY, O+, Minitab or Excel, Knowing in an electronics device and electronics circuit, Knowing in hardware design, Knowing in programing language, Knowing in equipment tooling (Oscilloscope, Multimeter etc)

Full Job Description
* Develop and implement test strategies for new and existing products to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with specifications. * Drive yield improvement and failure analysis by collecting and analyzing test data, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. * Support new product introduction (NPI) by coordinating with NPI, process, and quality teams to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production. * Optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, cycle time, hold rate and quality enhancement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and supply chain to resolve production and test-related issues. **Job Qualification:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, product engineering, or test engineering within electronics, semiconductors, or related industries (New graduate is welcome). * Knowing in test development and validation, including hands-on experience with automated test equipment (ATE), test scripting, and debugging. * Understanding of manufacturing processes, yield analysis, and quality control methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D). * Background in new product introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle management from prototype to mass production. * Be able on data analysis tools such as EY, O+, Minitab or Excel for test data interpretation and decision-making. * Knowing in an electronics device and electronics circuit**,** hardware design**,** programing language and equipment tooling (Oscilloscope, Multimeter etc) * Good communication in English (Listening, Speaking and Writing) [More information about NXP in Thailand...](https://www.nxp.com/company/about-nxp/worldwide-locations/thailand:THAILAND) #LI-6a60
