Product Technical Marketing Engineer **Description -** As an Product Technical Marketing Engineer, this person is responsible for leading teams/projects to solve common and complex business issues, by leveraging developed subject matter knowledge. The role manages and leads cross-functional program teams, delivers professional reports, develops schedules, budgets and resource plans, and tracks progress against the establishes plans, while leading less-experienced staff members. The role also identifies risks and creates mitigation plans, and reports the same to executive management. **What a Product Technical Marketing Engineer does at HP:** * Drive field product quality & customer experience for Home inkjet products. * Lead moderate to high complexity projects and manages cross-functional teams and regions support partners to achieve quality goals for current products. * Generate actionable insights through holistic and detailed analysis of monthly call, telemetry, sentiment and return data to drive improvements and customer satisfaction. * Assess, prioritize, and drive field issues and escalation to resolution, working closely both with customer support and development team. * Leads bug tracking resolution and reporting of program risks, status, and options for resolution to executive management. * Feed forward learnings from current products to future programs. * Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program, and utilizes knowledge to accelerate project completion. * Leads the deployment, launch, and continuous improvement of new technologies & process automation developed within the company's worldwide engineering team. * Coordinates activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracks progress against established plan and makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development sch
