What They're Looking For.
Must Have
at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”, 3+ years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management system, 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning, Experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers
Nice to Have
3+ years of experience managing teams, 3+ years of experience managing and/or leading facilities equipment or reliability engineering

Inventory management of aircraft kitted and rotatable parts
consumables and emergent parts
facilities management and plant and equipment maintenance
technical management of external supply chain and coordination with third party vendors to support site requirements
Develops and executes project and process plans
implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes
provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers
business partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches
products and processes
Participates in equipment makeuy participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
