Sell Shop and Field Service repairs
Build relationships with clients
Call on current ASCO customers
Develop new customers through sales calls
Perform follow-up activities for new equipment sales
Perform end user direct sales
Address customer concerns
Furnish technical support
Collect profiling information
Market parts and service sales
Market preventative maintenance plans
Market machine inspections
Market machine repairs
Market remanufactured component sales
Market standard job quotes
Market extended warranties
Market special parts promotions
Perform follow-up calls on complete goods
Perform follow-up calls on major parts
Perform follow-up calls on service sales
Assist after sales service calls
Ensure equipment is operating at customers’ expectations
Provide limited technical support
Ensure Parts estimates meet ASCO pricing
Ensure Service estimates meet ASCO pricing
