This is where you and your skills come in. **We’re currently looking for****Product Support Receptionist** This role is instrumental in developing and improving RingCentral’s AI products, specifically AIR, our AI powered receptionist. As a Product Support Receptionist you’ll have the opportunity to interact with customers of our clients and assist them on their concern by gathering details, documenting and relaying to clients. This role reports to a local Manager and due to the confidentiality of the project requires full onsite work, Tuesday to Saturday, shifting night time (starting 7PM), Manila time. This role is part of a Project Maverick and will run for six (6) months. With the 24/7 AIR support this role will not be following holidays. Duties & Responsibilities: * Client Engagement - receive inbound calls from customers of clients, engage and get details of concerns * Documentation - get details of concerns and relay message to client via email * Collaboration- work closely with Team Manager and other Specialist to help support clients better Qualifications: * Excellent verbal communication skills * Good client/customer engagement skills - with experience of interacting with US based customers * Pleasing personality * Willing to report onsite RingCentral’s work culture is the backbone of our success.
