The Brief

“Product Success Manager II, Performance (Collegiate) at Teamworks. Own the full implementation and onboarding cycle for collegiate partners on your primary product (Teamworks Nutrition or Teamworks Strength and Conditioning) from kickoff through active adoption. Develop fluency in the Teamworks High Performance platform and its integrations”

What You'll Achieve.

Ensure Performance products are adopted and embedded into the daily workflows of the performance staff; Reduce silos within performance departments; Help practitioners work as a connected team around the athlete; Achieve active adoption of primary product; Deepen how partners use the platform in daily decisions, team meetings, and interdisciplinary workflows

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Active Registered Dietitian credential (Nutrition role) or CSCS and/or SCCC certification (S&C role), Meaningful collegiate athletics experience, with enough time on the ground to understand how performance departments operate, what pressures staff face, and how decisions get made across a season, Hands-on experience with at least one Teamworks Performance product (Nutrition, S&C, or HP), or similar software in a collegiate or professional setting, A track record of building relationships in high-trust environments with coaches, administrators, or performance staff, Comfort with pace and the ability to adapt without losing focus on partner needs, communication skills in both directions: translating platform capabilities to practitioners and bringing partner feedback back to internal teams clearly

Nice to Have

Exposure to or working knowledge across the full Teamworks Performance ecosystem, including Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, and High Performance, Background in account management, SaaS onboarding, or customer success, Cross-disciplinary experience working alongside RDs, strength coaches, or sports scientists in a shared performance department

What You'll Do.

Own the full implementation and onboarding cycle for collegiate partners on your primary product (Teamworks Nutrition or Teamworks Strength and Conditioning) from kickoff through active adoption

Develop fluency in the Teamworks High Performance platform and its integrations

Build and manage a growing portfolio of collegiate partners

Maintain proactive communication

and identify early signals of risk or opportunity

Drive product value beyond implementation by uncovering ways to deepen how partners use the platform in daily decisions

and interdisciplinary workflows

Own the full partner lifecycle independently

including renewal preparation

escalation management

and coordination with Customer Success and Sales on account health

Contribute to internal process improvements by flagging what's working and what isn't

and taking on specialty areas or internal initiatives as you grow into the role

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work directly with collegiate athletic departments; Help registered dietitians, strength coaches, sports scientists, and athletic trainers work as a connected team; Develop working knowledge of the High Performance platform and the broader Performance ecosystem; Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales on account health

Communication Scope

Translating platform capabilities to practitioners; Bringing partner feedback back to internal teams clearly
