Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis across the healthcare and digital health ecosystem, identifying trends, emerging players, and strategic shifts impacting product direction. Synthesize insights from internal data, qualitative research, and external benchmarking to generate hypotheses and validate product assumptions. Support development of product strategy artifacts, executive presentations, and storytelling materials that communicate roadmap direction and strategic priorities. Facilitate cross-functional workshops, including voice of customer sessions, design sprints, and strategic working groups. Build structured narratives and frameworks that connect product opportunities with business objectives and roadmap decisions. Collaborate with product operations to improve processes, drive alignment, and support strategic execution across teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, public health, healthcare administration, or related field preferred. 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, or equivalent analytical roles. Strong experience working with data to support strategic decision-making and validate business hypotheses. Familiarity with digital health, healthcare systems, or value-based care environments is highly desirable. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams in a matrixed environment.
