What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field, Minimum 8-10 years of experience in insurance, bancassurance, product management, or customer marketing, with exposure to in-force portfolio management, Proven experience in product strategy, portfolio optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing

Nice to Have

MBA or advanced degree, analytical capability with experience using data to drive strategic and commercial decisions, Demonstrates ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including senior bank partners, Solid understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and bancassurance operating models

Driving end-to-end product strategy and holistic customer base management

Serving as the strategic owner of the banca product suite and total customer portfolio

Balancing commercial performance

and partner bank priorities

Optimizing product offerings across the customer lifecycle

Driving product innovation

Enhancing customer propositions

Delivering targeted customer and partner initiatives

Owning and driving end-to-end product strategy to deliver sales targets

and key performance metrics

Leading the development and execution of product strategies

Conducting ongoing market

and competitor analysis

Partnering closely with product development

and distribution teams

Collaborating with regional and global stakeholders

Accountable for the financial and commercial performance of the total customer portfolio

Monitoring and analyzing customer and portfolio performance

Designing and supporting execution of strategies to acquire new customers

and maximize customer lifetime value

Driving initiatives that strengthen customer engagement

and managing strategic relationships with bank partners

Actively influencing and supporting the distribution team and bank partners

Providing support in training and sales enablement

Serving as the primary escalation and resolution point for product-related issues

Owning regular performance reviews and management reporting

Leveraging data analytics to track progress against targets

Translating insights into concrete initiatives

Ensuring all product activities

and distribution practices fully comply with regulatory requirements
