What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience, Deep knowledge of fund structuring and regulations, Relevant product development experience in asset management industry, Knowledge of alternative funds and strategies, Fluent in Japanese with business-level proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Experience in project management and if the experience is across global/NY-based teams
What You'll Do.
Drive and supporting the development of Blackstone Private Wealth's business in Japan
Creating products that are relevant to the local client base
Develop domestic and international structures/solutions
Mindful of appropriate regulatory frameworks and constraints
Interfacing with members of the firm’s global Blackstone Private Wealth group's
Conduct research on product structures
Research regulatory developments
Research competitor fund launches
Identify scale opportunities
Work with internal Blackstone teams on product development
Buildout of operations
Buildout of technology
Buildout of marketing
