Full Job Description
**Position Summary** The Product Specialist will support daily telemarketing operations to identify potential OEM customers requiring optical components (gratings, spectrometer modules) and provide technical sales assistance. The Product Specialist will also assist the Sales Development Manager in new segment analysis, leads management, logistics coordination, and after-sales support. **Main Tasks** * Finish at least 3 application and technical principle studies on potential segment with the guidance of Sales Development Manager within one year; * Support daily telemarketing operations to identify potential OEM customers requirement, and provide technical sales assistance; * Potiential leads management; * Demo units inventory management, and handle related logistic topics; * Document the after-sales topics with the support of the Sales Development Manager. ## Requirements **Education** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics or related fields. **Experience** * Familar with optical systems (e.g., spectrometers, gratings); Experience of system deisgn or electronic development is a plus. * Outgoing, confident and communicative **Other skills** * Communicate effectively; * Writing in English; * With a positive “can do” attitude coupled with a willingness to acquire product applications knowledge independently; * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
