About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Product Specialist to join our Product Management team. This role will focus primarily on tax-efficient account types, with particular emphasis on Individual Savings Accounts (ISA) and Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPP). Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across tax-efficient product controls, driving product enhancements to improve client experience, and identifying opportunities to foster business growth through product innovation. The role combines hands-on operational responsibilities—including control reviews, issue remediation, and management information oversight—with strategic product development activities aimed at maintaining competitive positioning in the UK retail investment market.
