Must Have

hands-on experience with APIs and integration workflows, Comfortable troubleshooting across software, hardware, and peripheral integrations, Experience working with cross-functional tools such as CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or data dashboards, Ability to stay organised and deliver quality work even when processes are still being defined or priorities shift, A natural curiosity for how products work and a drive to see problems through to resolution

What You'll Do.

Handle integration-related support requests (APIs

reproduce issues through structured testing

Identify recurring patterns and document them clearly

escalating to the right team

Maintain and improve documentation

knowledge base articles

and escalation processes

Support the onboarding and technical rollout of early-stage products

upskilling our Customer Support teams

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

acting as the critical link between the merchants using our products and the engineers and product managers building them; Act as a connector between merchant-facing teams and our Engineering and Product teams; work across teams

Communication Scope

explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences; translating real-world issues into actionable insights
