Using advanced Computer Use Agent technology, Lance agents integrate seamlessly with existing hotel software to make real-time decisions and efficiently manage complex tasks. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Specialist role based in San Francisco, CA. The Product Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with client hotels, internal product teams, and building relationships with hotels around the world helping to implement Lance's AI solutions Qualifications - Work 996 In-Person San Francisco - Background in Consulting and problem-solving to address client requirements - Strong communication skills in Sales and Customer success - Excellent troubleshooting and customer engagement skills - Familiarity with hospitality industry software and AI technologies is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Computer Science, or Business is a plus Total Compensation $80,000 - $130,000 Cash + Equity + Bonus Monthly Health and Wellness Stipend Complimentary In Office Meals
