2+ years of experience in product support, sales enablement, or a related role with market research experience, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, or a related field, understanding of product development and the ability to translate technical features into customer-focused selling points, Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Ability to collaborate across departments, particularly with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Nice to Have

Experience in the games industry or software product domain, Plays video games (mobile, desktop or handheld), Familiarity with market research methodologies and analytics tools, Proven success in conducting market research and using insights to shape product strategy and sales collateral

Develop Sales Support Materials
