What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in product enablement, product training role, technical sales, or a related role, Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, A natural presenter and educator with experience in product demos, training, or consulting environment, problem solver with ability to present best practices/solutions, Exceptional writing and presentation skills, Ability to collaborate across teams including product, sales, and support, presentation skills, as well as use of MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel

Nice to Have

Knowledge of SmartSheets and Sharepoint a plus

What You'll Do.

Serve as subject matter expert on non-student health insurance and ancillary products

Master product capabilities

Create client-focused documentation

Deliver product demonstrations

Support RFP responses

Guide users to achieve maximum value

Create product training materials

Develop presentation decks

Assist with product rollout and development

Develop deep knowledge of all AHP products

Stay up-to-date with product enhancements

Lead live product demonstrations

Consult with clients to understand needs

Advise on product implementation

Provide high-level support

Develop communication materials and strategy

Develop training and presentation materials

Partner with vendors and partners

Create and maintain client-facing documentation

Develop and support product specific communication strategies

Guide clients in aligning processes

Troubleshoot complex scenarios

Advise on adapting product

Coordinate eligibility needs and file specifications

Support review of file specs

Support resolution of eligibility/file issues

Coordinate with system owners on prioritization

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate across teams including product, sales, and support; Provide high-level support in collaboration with Account Executives, and customer success and technical teams; Develop communication materials and strategy in collaboration with Marcom; Develop and support product specific communication strategies in partnership with Marcom; Partner with vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of benefits; Support client and internal partners with review of file specs as needed; Coordinate with our internal administrative system owners and Executive Steering Committee
