Role requires engaging with healthcare professionals in a compliant, value‑adding manner to drive brand understanding and preference. **What You’ll Work On** * **Execute integrated commercial plans:** Strong execution mindset with focus on commercial outcomes; ensure excellence in sales force readiness, including messaging prioritization, objection handling, and competitive defense; Drive speed of uptake across key segments and accounts. Build long‑term partnerships with specialist physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and treatment centers; Prioritize effort based on account potential, patient flow, and access readiness. **Portfolio Access Management:** Partner with Market Access to remove barriers to uptake, accelerate reimbursement, and optimize account-level access; Understand local reimbursement frameworks, early access programs, and institutional decision‑making; Support pull‑through by ensuring clear articulation of product value aligned to access requirements; Flag real‑world access barriers quickly to Market Access and Commercial leadership. **Competitive Intelligence and Market Assessment:**
