What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field., 3-5 years of experience in agile product ownership, product or solution management, leadership, or functional expertise., Proven experience implementing large-scale functional improvements or strategic outcomes., Skilled in facilitating meetings at multiple organizational levels., Ability to work across functional groups and identify improvement areas., Excellent oral and written communication skills., Servant leadership mindset with innovative problem-solving skills., Experience in data analysis and understanding business value., Proficiency in prioritization methodologies and change management practices., Any license or certification relevant to the area of specialty.
Nice to Have
Healthcare experience is ideal., Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments., PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification., Additional Agile certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
