Full Job Description

Product & Service Quality Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **First-Line Product and Service Quality Manager** **(Level K)** to support the **Community Manufacturing Partnerships (CMP)** team in **Auburn, W ashington**. As a member of the CMP Quality Team you will play an integral role improving, standardizing, and strengthening the Quality organization while supporting and growing our community outreach mission and uplifting local communities through meaningful employment. A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. **Position Responsibilities:** * Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations * Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance * Provides education and coaching on the Quality System * May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies * Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports * Manages, develops and motivates employees **To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
