What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Product Security Engineering Manager who can lead a high-performing security engineering team while remaining hands-on with the technical work. You will own the execution and health of our product security platform, manage day-to-day team delivery, and partner closely with engineering and security stakeholders across the organization. This is a player-coach role: you are expected to be in the code and the architecture decisions, not just managing from a distance. You should be comfortable translating ambiguous security requirements into structured roadmaps, running tight execution through Jira, and holding your team accountable to quality, stability, and delivery outcomes. What You Will Do Lead and manage a team of product security engineers, setting clear expectations, running regular 1:1s, and owning the professional development and performance of each team member. Stay hands-on: contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews, and write code yourself where appropriate. At this level, your team should be able to function without you coding, but you remain an active technical contributor.
