Must Have
Solid experience in Application security, Solid experience in Secure software development / security engineering, understanding of Secure SDLC principles, understanding of Application security risks and mitigation strategies, understanding of Secure design patterns, Hands-on experience working with development teams and modern frameworks, Knowledge of Security testing methods, Knowledge of Vulnerability management practices, Ability to translate security requirements into actionable development guidance
Nice to Have
Experience with DevSecOps / CI/CD security integration, Familiarity with regulatory/compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS), Experience with Java development, Experience with PostGres and Oracle databases, Experience in API security, Experience in Cloud-native or microservices architectures, Proven ability to mentor and coach engineers on secure development practices
