What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree or higher, Seven (7) years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or related technical sales environments, Prior experience managing or leading account-aligned or territory-based sales teams, Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and deliver consistent revenue results, capability in opportunity management, pipeline management, and forecasting, Experience coaching sellers in consultative and solutions-based sales approaches, Ability to manage account strategies and prioritize resources to maximize growth, Good verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Thai and English, good listening and computer skills, Effective communication skills across customer, team, and internal stakeholder groups, Independent with minimum supervision, problem solver, Legal authorization to work in Thailand

Nice to Have

Exposure to industry-relevant training, certifications or advanced coursework related to HVACR systems, controls, or energy technologies, Advanced training in consultative selling, account strategy, or CRM-based sales management, technical sales experience in HVACR, with major reputable OEMs, Distributors, contractors, or end-users

Manage opportunity pipeline across accounts/territories

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and operations partners; Partner with country teams; Collaborate with country teams; Collaborate with Product Marketing and Solutions teams; Drive new product launches in collaboration with the sales team
