What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams, Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks, Experience working across cross border payments, Experience in US and Canadian markets, Data analytics skills, Legally authorized to work in the US
Nice to Have
Expertise in payment/cross border payments, Proven experience in evaluating and implementing applicable controls, Experience in state money transmission licensing requirements, Experience with Permissible Investments, Experience with Regulatory Or Consumer Compliance Regulations, Experience with Regulation E, Experience with UDAAP, Experience with California Consumer Protection Act, Experience with Privacy (GLBA), Experience with applicable state privacy and consumer protection regulations, Experience developing key metrics, Experience building new controls, Experience enhancing existing controls, Experience improving controls, Experience reducing customer friction, Experience enabling continued growth, Experience executing Quarterly regulatory compliance risk assessment, Experience presenting results to Risk Committee, Experience developing and enhancing Key Risk Indicators, Experience articulating health of consumer compliance program
What You'll Do.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers
Develop new products and features for North America
Ensure effective risk assessment
Review and assess regulatory compliance risks
Implement and manage bank partner engagement program
Communicate health and effectiveness of Consumer Compliance Program
Support closure of regulatory compliance issues
Enhance existing controls
Identify ways to improve controls
Reduce unnecessary customer friction
Enable continued growth
Execute Quarterly regulatory compliance risk assessment
Present assessment results to Risk Committee
Develop and enhance Key Risk Indicators
Provide senior management with snapshot of program health
