Develops dispositions for production non-conformances; Assess and resolve product/process issues; Research technical, operational and quality issues; Recommends and manages resolution; Analyzes damage repair or structural modification
Daily exposure to factory environment, Work onsite at one of the listed locations, Involves stairs, trip hazards, high noise areas, Chemical hazards (breathing and handling), Entering airplanes during building stages, Assignments to first, second, or third shift, Weekend or daily overtime, Travel involved between Boeing Puget Sound sites, Satisfy Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process, Post offer applicants and employees are subject to drug testing, Union represented position
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement, 2+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environment, 2+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Associate)
Nice to Have
5+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Mid-Career), 9+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Senior), 2+ years of experience working with MRB (Material Review Board) activities related to aircraft systems or structures, Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes.

Research technical issues
Identify and document problems
Communicate deviations
Manage resolution of deviations
Develop product/process improvements
Support Integrated Product Teams
Participate in design reviews
Ensure supplier compliance
Develop customer correspondence
Participate in repair teams
Analyze damage repair
Design interim repairs
Conduct static strength analysis
Develop non-destructive test procedures
