What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive hands-on experience in requirements engineering and management for complex embedded or automotive systems, Proven expertise with enterprise requirements and test management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS / DOORS NG, ELM, RQM), background in quality assurance, verification strategies, and lifecycle compliance, Advanced English communication skills, Deep practical knowledge of CMMI, ISO 26262, ASPICE, and related safety-critical development standards, Demonstrated experience in international, multi-site, cross-functional environments, Track record of influencing organizations beyond direct reporting lines and driving process excellence at scale
Nice to Have
IREB (Advanced / Expert) and/or ISTQB certification

Define requirements and test management strategy
Govern project-specific requirements management plans
Architect requirements and test infrastructures
Act as subject-matter authority
Coach engineering teams
Define and report KPIs
Lead internal and external audits
Collaborate on corporate standards
