Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical cross-disciplinary knowledge, understanding of complex technical systems and how features are implemented at system level, Experience with interfacial communication and cross-department between R&D, Product Management, Production, and Service stakeholders, Ability to translate technical and customer requirements into clear, measurable, and testable specifications, analytical, structured thinking, and excellent communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders, Ability to balance conflicting inputs between different technical and commercial stakeholders, identifying bottle necks and synergies, High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail in documentation and requirement definition
