The Complaint Technician works 100% on site and supports returned device product complaint investigations. Day to day responsibilities include assisting with field investigations by performing testing and inspections on returned product, document the testing results, and dispositioning the product. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges involving medical devices with embedded systems, as well as electrical and mechanical components.
