What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 to 7 years' experience in program/project management (or equivalent) in SaaS/enterprise software environments, Demonstrated success coordinating multi-team initiatives with real dependencies and multiple stakeholders, operational rigor: planning, risk management, facilitation, and crisp written communication, Comfortable partnering with engineering teams and navigating technical sequencing/integration concepts, Working proficiency with delivery/documentation tools (Jira, Confluence) and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams)
Nice to Have
Exposure to scaled agile patterns (SAFe-like coordination) and continuous delivery environments, Familiarity with product analyticsI tooling (e.g. , Pendo, Tableau), Fintech/payments, AI/ML, or customer service technology experience
