We’re looking for a tech-savvy Product Owner with an e-commerce mindset who can turn our website into a high-performing acquisition engine- driving conversion, enhancing customer experience and scaling impact. **About the team** You will be part of the **Acquisition & Growth ecosystem**, working closely with teams across: * Digital Marketing (performance & media); * UX/UI & Customer Experience; * IT & Engineering; * Analytics & Experimentation; * Global ING communities (Growth Tribe, Digital, Marketing); We operate with a test & learn mindset, focusing on: * Continuous experimentation (A/B testing, CRO); * Data-driven decision making; * Optimization of the acquisition funnel and onboarding journeys; The team culture is: * Outcome-oriented (conversion, acquisition, CX impact); * Highly collaborative (cross-functional, cross-market); * Forward-looking, with strong focus on AI, personalization and automation; **What success looks like (first 6–12 months)** * This person is expected to grow acquisition lps conversion rate +15 pp; * This person is expected to grow GEO ranking at #1st for main prompts categories for the daily banking; * Grow acquisition web pages loadspeed to 90 performance score on mobile; **Your day to day** You will act as the **Product Owner for ing.ro** , positioning it as a **digital acquisition and e-commerce platform** : **Product ownership & delivery** * Own the product roadmap for ing.ro (product acquisition journeys); * Prioritize initiatives based on conversion impact, business value and customer needs; * Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end; **Acquisition & conversion optimization** * Continuously optimize customer journeys, landing pages and funnels; * Drive A/B testing and experimentation roadmap
