Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own and evolve the product as a unified ecosystem spanning hardware, mobile apps, desktop applications, and integrations, ensuring consistent user experience across all surfaces. Define, structure, and prioritize the product roadmap, translating feedback, data, and strategic goals into clear delivery plans. Design and refine key user journeys such as focus modes, timers, distraction blocking, status systems, and automation workflows. Align hardware and software behavior to ensure seamless interaction between device, applications, and third-party integrations. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to define requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria for new features. Monitor product performance metrics including activation, retention, engagement, and repeat usage, using insights to guide prioritization. Coordinate product direction across design, engineering, marketing, support, and operations to maintain a coherent product vision. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Product Leadership roles with end-to-end responsibility for digital products. Strong ability to operate at the intersection of hardware and software, with an understanding of system-level product design. Proven experience turning ambiguous inputs into structured roadmaps, priorities, and clear product requirements. Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, device behavior, and cross-platform architecture. Strong communication skills, with the ability to write precise, structured, and actionable product documentation. Experience collaborating closely with engineers and designers in agile, fast-paced environments. Strong product judgment grounded in user behavior, data, and practical constraints rather than intuition alone. Ability to protect focus and ensure roadmap discipline in complex, fast-moving product environments. Nice-to-have: experience with consumer hardware, productivity tools
