What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Engineering graduate with 8 + years of experience, minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as Product owner, Good knowledge of Airbus Business process and Configuration management, Expertise on functional knowledge - Configuration management, Electrical Systems design and Installation, Know how of handling Airbus Design applications - TDM/PDM (Catia, VPM), Configuration Management (APS) and Airbus data platforms (CoreAll, EBAM, Skywise), Awareness of Software application lifecycle management, Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product lifecycles

Nice to Have

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or SAFe PM/PO certification

What You'll Do.

Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and prioritize accordingly

refine and own the product implementation backlog according to the project roadmap and overall product strategy

Write or review acceptance criteria

perform validation of the tool developments

perform product system demo & regular follow-up with the end user for acceptance of the solution

Perform business acceptance testing

documenting and capturing all identified bugs and potential improvements

Perform the quality gate to secure solution development/deployment and ensure documentation updates (training materials

Prepare and secure Continuous Release Management

Ensure to collect feedback from business deployment and prioritization of features supporting usage of the tool in operations

Working experience as Product owner in IT solution development/integration

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working experience as Product owner in IT solution development/integration; Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product lifecycles; Demonstrate ability to work as a team in a highly collaborative environment; Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse specialists & experts

Communication Scope

Very good communication and presentation skills; Ability to demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers in a customer-centric outreach

Process & Methodology

Define, refine and own the product implementation backlog according to the project roadmap and overall product strategy, Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product lifecycles, Agile Scrum, SAFe processes
