What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5+ years experience with CAD-/CAM-Software in DACH-Holzbau, Fertigbau or related construction trades, Solid understanding of the timber construction process chain, Familiarity with 3D modeling, component libraries, Knowledge of BIM workflows, Knowledge of machine and CAM interfaces, Practical experience with ICP, Personas, Empathy Maps, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, Impact Mapping and Design Thinking, Clear requirements definition, story slicing and value-oriented prioritization, Experience with SAFe and Scrum in multi-team environments, Product management and collaboration with go-to-market and competitive intelligence, Proficiency in P&L impact, contribution margin, COGS and business models, Very good German language skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge of machine and CAM interfaces (BTLTLx, BVN, BVX) and prefabrication requirements are a significant plus, Familiarity with Git-based workflows (GitHub Enterprise), CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub) and test tooling (TestPlans) are desirable, Good English language skills are a plus
