Na área de**Strategy & Transformation**, você fará parte de um time responsável por evoluir produtos e serviços com visão end-to-end da jornada e experiência do cliente, conectando estratégia, tecnologia e necessidades do negócio. **** **Aqui, seu papel será:** * Gestão de projetos estratégicos e transversais na área de Investimentos, atuando de forma integrada com diferentes frentes do negócio; * Gestão de portfólio de projetos dentro da _Global Domain de Savings & Investments_, incluindo iniciativas relacionadas a Wealth Management; * Apoiar na definição e construção estratégica de projetos; * Planejamento, acompanhamento e controle dos projetos; * Monitoramento de prazos, entregas e riscos; * Suporte à governança e tomada de decisão; * Elaboração de materiais executivos (especialmente apresentações em PowerPoint); * Orquestração entre times locais e globais. **Requisitos Imprescindíveis:** * Certificação CSPO e/ou PSPO; * Experiência sólida em gestão e acompanhamento de projetos; * Perfil altamente organizado e estruturado; * Forte capacidade de direcionamento e execução; * Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento; * Espanhol avançado/fluente, devido à atuação em projetos globais; * Inglês avançado/fluente, devido à atuação em projetos globais; **Requisitos Desejáveis:** * Domínio de PowerPoint e Excel; * Uso de IA e novas tecnologias voltadas a produtos digitais. **Local de trabalho:** Sede - Av Pres Juscelino Kubitschek, 2041 – Vila Olimpia, São Paulo - SP **# BENEFÍCIOS** ➡️Remuneração Variável (PLR + Bônus); ➡️Assistência Médica e Odontológica; ➡️
