Must Have

Agile and Scrum software development methodologies, Business analysis, project management or software development delivering enterprise products and solutions, Platform product management: vision, roadmap, OKRs, prioritization, Deep understanding of AI platform lifecycle (MLOps/LLMOps), personas and workflows, Stakeholder leadership across Security, Data, Infra, App executive communication, Value measurement: adoption funnels, ROI/unit economics, service SLAs, Backlog ownership: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, AWS/AICP fluency (SageMaker, Bedrock, AgentCore) to make tradeoffs

Nice to Have

API/SDK and developer experience strategy, Responsible AI & governance frameworks, FinOps familiarity for AI workloads (cost per inference/training), Change management for enterprise platform rollouts, Experience launching internal products with self-service onboarding

What You'll Do.

Prepare backlog for PI Planning and decide which work items become part of the team backlog

Serve as the customer proxy

and maintain the team backlog

Partner in Scrum ceremonies such as iteration planning

Help create user stories and define acceptance criteria

Review and accept user stories as complete

Contribute to vision and program Backlog

Meet with stakeholders to ensure features and subsequent stories meet expectations

Drive iteration content by prioritizing user stories

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Product Management, Business stakeholders, and cross-functional Technology Teams; Partnering with Security, Data, Infrastructure, and Application Teams; Works closely with Data Teams; Partner in Scrum ceremonies; Stakeholder leadership across Security, Data, Infra, App executive communication
