## Accountabilities Manage, organize, and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery goals. Translate business needs into clear, structured product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure continuous delivery of value. Participate in agile ceremonies, supporting planning, refinement, and removal of product-related impediments. Track product execution, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, and quality standards. Define and monitor product metrics and operational indicators to support data-driven decision-making. Validate delivered features to ensure they meet defined objectives and business expectations. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress and priorities. Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes, tools, and delivery practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in EdTech companies or with educational backoffice systems is highly valued. Prior experience as Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst in agile environments. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies. Proven experience in backlog management, prioritization, and requirement definition. Ability to translate business needs into structured and actionable technical requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
