B1)
Nice to Have
Experience with AI solutions, Knowledge of low-code/no-code tools, Experience in the financial sector or operational processes, PSPO or Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC®) certification

Develop products and processes in post-sale customer service
Automate and digitize processes (including AI)
Automate and digitize mass/serial correspondence
Develop low-code/no-code solutions
Implement tools supporting ECM system workflows
Design and develop solutions for internal and external customer service
Optimize business processes and customer journeys
Increase operational efficiency and improve customer experience (NPS)

Process & Methodology
