What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles, Experience working with SaaS, HRTech, FinTech, Payroll, Workforce Management, or Operations platforms, understanding of user workflows and operational process design, Experience writing user stories, PRDs, and managing agile development processes, communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to prioritise effectively in a startup environment, Highly detail-oriented and execution-focused

Nice to Have

Experience in hospitality, staffing, gig economy, or workforce management industries, Familiarity with payroll systems, attendance systems, or HR operations, Experience working with Go, APIs, or technical backend teams, Exposure to AI-driven workflow automation, Startup experience

What You'll Do.

Own and manage the PaydFlex product roadmap

Work directly with hotel operators

and operations managers to deeply understand workflow pain points

Translate operational requirements into clear product specifications and user stories

Prioritise features based on customer impact

and technical feasibility

Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle

Analyse product usage
