Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related technical field, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent interviewing and questioning skills, Facilitation experience, interpersonal skills can interact with varied audiences at all levels of an organization tactfully and successfully to obtain any necessary information and drive towards results, Ability to quickly acquire a thorough understanding of the productsusiness/customers/users, Capability to take on problems that have unclear direction and very little definition and drive to the details of well understood business value and needs, Proven experience developing needed collateral and artifacts for Product Development Teams and partners (Product Management, Architecture, etc…), Demonstrated success at leading cross functional global Product Development teams to meet business needs, 8+ years in a technology-related field with exposure to Product Development and/or Product Management, Flexibility to work early hours to meet with international teams
