3–6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, Bachelor’s degree required, Hands-on experience working with web-based applications and understanding how systems, data, and workflows connect, Proven ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured requirements, written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, Comfort working with engineers and participating in agile product development processes, Customer-first mindset with a growing interest in long-term product impact (not just short-term fixes), Passionate about finding analytical solutions to business problems

Nice to Have

Degree concentration or additional coursework in analytical disciplines such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or similar fields is a plus, analytical curiosity, meticulous with a attention to detail, outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to read the room, Eagerness to learn about industry operating environment and new data/technology concepts

Team & Collaboration

Partner with development, QA, data operations, and business development to align with business priorities; Work cross-functionally with other product teams within and across business units, multiple scrum teams, and different development processes; Support the sales team with the sales process to ensure customer success; Assist support team with customer product issues
