What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, Advanced stakeholder management skills, technical grounding with concrete experience managing technically complex products, data solutions, or R&D initiatives, Strategic product execution experience, Superb leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience working on high-performance products within a business-to-business (B2B) setting, Experience in an R&D, lab, or startup environment bringing zero-to-one products to life, Enthusiasm for occasional international travel
