What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, Advanced stakeholder management skills, technical grounding with concrete experience managing technically complex products, cloud-based data solutions (e. g. , AWS/GCP architecture), big data streaming, REST/GraphQL APIs, Strategic product execution experience, defining Minimum Marketable Features (MMFs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), setting clear data-driven OKRs, Superb leadership and communication skills, removing product-related obstacles, conducting data architecture trade-off analyses, keeping development priorities visible
Nice to Have
Experience working on data-heavy, high-performance products within a business-to-business (B2B) setting or enterprise SaaS environment, Experience with real-time streaming architectures, data warehousing solutions, data science/analytics workflows, Enthusiasm for occasional international travel
