At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, with direct ownership of, Proven experience in large-scale and complex projects involving backend and frontend, understanding of the full requirements lifecycle and backlog management, with hands-on experience writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and task, Ability to independently clarify and elaborate requirements, turning business ideas into clear and actionable development, analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive, Experience creating and interpreting UML and BPMN, Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to well-structured sprint, Advanced level of English.
What You'll Do.

Manage change requests

Define acceptance criteria

Maintain and control requirements

We don’t follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team. You will translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements, guide the development team through well-defined sprints, and maintain transparent communication between stakeholders and engineers. You will be deeply involved in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to release validation and continuous improvement. This position is full-time, on-site in our office in Lisbon, Portugal.
