Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join Asana’s Revenue Technology (RevTech) team—a key pillar within the Enterprise Technology function. RevTech supports Asana’s Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by managing the tools, technology, and data that drive growth and scale across Sales, Support, Renewals, Partnerships, and Customer Success. In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders to ensure their systems and tools—including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (CX Portal), Clari, Outreach, and partner portals—are functioning effectively. You’ll help address business needs by triaging requests, investigating issues, and facilitating enhancements in partnership with cross-functional teams. This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve: Own systems & tooling needs for the business teams RevTech supports including Sales, Partnerships, Renewals, Customer Success, Professional Service and Customer Support with tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), PRM (Partner portal), Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (CX Portal), Clari, Outreach, Pocus, Traction Complete etc.. Review current ‘Run the Business’ requests — triage and prioritize. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify possible fixes or workarounds, write SOQL/SOSL queries, and perform data loads.
