What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis, proven record of delivering enterprise solutions, experience in context switching roles, Demonstrated ability to understand business context and translate it into actionable outcomes, hands-on experience leading discovery activities, defining business processes, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, background in evaluating solution alternatives (existing tools vs. custom development), making informed recommendations based on value, feasibility and cost, Proven ability to autonomously transform complex business and process requirements into well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones, Experience managing UAT cycles, coordinating stakeholders, driving adoption across diverse user groups, operational mindset, including post-deployment support, user interaction management, and continuous improvement of applications and processes, Excellent communication skills in English and German
