## Description Flex is building the AI-native private bank for super premium, closely held business owners. We are re-architecting the entire financial system for entrepreneurs. From the first dollar a business earns to how that value compounds, moves, and is ultimately spent in real life. Banking, credit, payments, personal finance, financial operations, all rebuilt from the ground up as a single intelligent system. Since launching publicly in September 2023, we have scaled from zero to nine-figure annualized revenue with a clear path to profitability by late 2026. Open to candidates in Canada, Mexico, the United States, Brazil, and Colombia. The Role -------- You will own Flex's Accountants Stack. Accounting integrations, expense management, bill pay, invoicing, AR and AP, and financial reporting. The full set of tools that closely held business owners and the accountants who serve them use to run the financial operations of the company. The accountant is the lead persona for this role. Bookkeepers, controllers, fractional CFOs, and outside CPAs are the people who actually live in this software day to day. Build for them and the owner wins by default.
