The role requires strong operational discipline, accuracy in handling financial processes, and comfort working with large datasets. You will manage loyalty issuer and vendor billing, support program setup, and ensure smooth day to day operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, is advanced in Excel, and thrives in a reporting heavy environment. Structure, precision, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency are critical. Key Responsibilities • Extract, clean, and analyse large datasets using Excel and internal systems. • Provide technical and operational support for new and existing offer programs (platform setup, changes, troubleshooting). • Manage client, merchant, and vendor billing, payments, and expense reconciliation. • Oversee operational administration and financial controls. • Document and maintain operational processes and SOPs. • Support internal teams with ad hoc reporting and analysis. • Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting workflows. • Drive improvements in reporting processes and operational efficiency. • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams—ensuring effective communication and alignment.
