What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment, data skills (SQL or equivalent proficiency), Excellent communication, proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority, system-thinking mindset, Ability to work autonomously, Prior experience supporting a global or multi-country product launch environment, Experience aligning operations across Product, Customer Success, and Finance, Proficiency in English is a must, Communication skills: project management and stakeholder coordination abilities, Planning and Organisation, Problem Identification, Analytical Thinking, Product Mindset, Bias to Action
